Facilitated Restorative Affirmations Circle (Feb 28, 9am Pacific)

The Facilitated Restorative Affirmations Circle is a live (no recording), guided, relational practice space for people who are carrying a lot and want to remember who they are underneath it.
Saturday February 28, 9am Pacific, hosted on zoom
We use restorative affirmations not to “fix” ourselves, but to reorient, regulate, and reconnect. Each affirmation names a real human experience, scarcity, overwhelm, self doubt, grief, urgency, and offers language that is honest, embodied, and rooted in interconnection.
What happens in the space
-
A facilitated grounding and orientation into the moment
-
Slow, intentional restorative affirmations, spoken together
-
Space to notice what comes up in your body, not analyze it
-
Optional reflection and integration, individually or in community
-
A closing that helps you return to your day with more steadiness and choice
Who this is for
This space is for people who:
-
Believe rest and reflection are political and necessary
-
Are practicing restorative justice, healing work, or community care
-
Feel overwhelmed, dysregulated, or disconnected from themselves
-
Want language that honors complexity instead of bypassing it
-
Need a pause that actually feels supportive
You do not need prior experience with meditation or restorative practices.
What you’ll leave with
-
A felt sense of grounding and presence
-
Language you can return to when things feel hard
-
A reminder that you are not alone in what you’re carrying
-
A restorative experience that does not demand productivity
This is a circle for remembering yourself in community.
Come as you are. Stay for what you need.
